FAQs
Clear Answers Before the First Conversation.
Understand how business review shapes scope, responsibilities and the right delivery arrangements.

How does an inquiry become an engagement?
Submit your business requirements. Sylveron reviews the business and delivery fit, discusses scope and responsibilities, then prepares a private tailored proposal if there is a fit.
How are commercial terms determined?
Commercial terms are confidential. They are determined privately after an inquiry and business review, once requirements, scope and delivery fit are understood. Submitting an inquiry starts this review; pricing is shared privately in a tailored proposal, rather than returned automatically.
What can be included in scope?
Dedicated talent, managed operations, implementation projects or operational advisory. Deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and any specialist requirements are defined together during business review.
Are all roles immediately available?
No. The role catalogue describes possible role families. Candidate availability, recruitment needs and readiness are assessed against your specific workload and systems.
Who supervises the work?
Supervision, client decision authority, escalation responsibilities and quality reporting are agreed in scope. Dedicated talent and managed operations can require different oversight arrangements.
What hours and time zones can be covered?
Coverage windows and time-zone alignment are reviewed for clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. After-hours support, coverage windows and escalation ownership are agreed according to workload and delivery fit.
What happens during absence or replacement?
Absence cover, continuity, handover and any replacement process are agreed in the engagement review. Availability and timing depend on the role and delivery structure.
Which tools and access arrangements apply?
The review identifies current tools, permissions and required training. Client-approved access, confidentiality, data handling and escalation arrangements must be agreed. Do not send credentials or sensitive records through the inquiry form.
How is quality reviewed?
Role-specific expectations and readiness checks inform preparation. The proposed rhythm includes onboarding check-ins, early feedback and ongoing reviews, with cadence and reporting confirmed in scope.
Is Healthcare available now?
Healthcare is a planned specialist industry encompassing virtual assistants, patient and practice administration, and Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Administration. Dedicated recruitment, role-specific training, qualified supervision and appropriate delivery/access procedures must be established before launch. Interest is welcome; immediate staffing is not offered.
